| Can I play VANDHAAL's AOM: SPARTANS if multiplayer doesn't work on my Age of Mythology game? |

Is there a final version of SPARTANS?
Can I play the campaign SPARTANS as a single player? The version of AOM I ordered on Ebay has only single player, and multiplayer doesn't work with the game they sent me.
In other words, can I play SPARTANS if multiplayer doesn't work on my edition of AOM? |

Hello rakovsky
welcome to the forum
You wonder if you can playe the Spartans multiplayer campaign without being able to get online
the answer is YES and NO
Let me explain
You can play/watch act 1 and 3 because they are full cinematics....they are finetuned for eso but they can also be watched in singleplayer modus
make usre you check the game settings in the read me from the campaign!!!!!
As for act 2...the playable act......well you can also view that in singleplayer...BUT.....since its made for 5 people there is not mutch playing...because the computer enemy will do nothing at all.
So you can check, look at the scenario but as said there is not much gameplay in singelplayer
well and as for the Tower of Babylon scenario
This is basicly the final scenario from this campaign....BUT it is released as a stand alone scenario and it is SINGLEPLAYER:
so yes you can download and play that ONLY in singleplayer modus:

As for a final version:
well the only official released version by me is the prototype V1 beta campaign which you can download from here:

Oh and a warning: do not play it from inside the aom editor !! because if you do you probably have to redownload it all again! so keep that in mind

I want to compliment you on TOWER OF BABYLON! It is awesome. I love the music- where did you get it? I am letting the game run right now so I can listen to the music, even though I am not playing the game!
And the scenario was better than many of the official scenarios.
Do any of the other scenarios in the SPARTANS campaign talk about Ahura Mazda and the Persian god(s)?
I liked your answer on the other forum.
How can I get a unique CD key for the version I already bought?
Hamachi network and LAN sound confusing, and like they would have few people. |
